Return and Refund Policy

At LEMIRROR STORE, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received, we offer the option to return or exchange it under the following terms:

Returns

  • You have 1 business day from the date of receiving the product to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain products are exempt from return, such as personalized or custom-made items and gift cards.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at contact@lemirror.store with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  • We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the product’s reception.
  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@lemirror.store, and we will provide the steps to follow.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

  • Some items are not eligible for returns, such as personalized products, gift cards, or sale items. Please review the product description before making a purchase.

14-Day Withdrawal Period for the European Union

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Products Policy

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at contact@lemirror.store with the purchase details, and we will guide you through the return and replacement process at no additional cost.
